Beginning today, July 1st, Eversource's Standard Service supply rate is:

That's important—but here's what's even more important...

Thousands of Connecticut residents are paying more than that because they haven't checked their supplier rate in months or even years.

Before you switch...
Check your bill.

Pull out your latest electric bill.

Find these two things:

✅ Your Supplier

✅ Your Supply Rate (¢/kWh)

Now ask yourself one question:

Am I paying more than 11.57¢/kWh?

If the answer is yes, it's worth exploring your options.

If the answer is no, congratulations—you may already have a competitive rate.

The goal isn't to switch suppliers.

The goal is to stop overpaying.

If you discover you're paying more than 11.57¢/kWh, one of the lowest fixed rates I found today is:

Major Energy
10.85¢/kWh
Fixed for 4 months

You can learn more at MajorEnergy.com.

The goal isn't to choose Major Energy.

The goal is to make sure you're not paying more than you need to.

Welcome to the first edition of Johnny Power.

I started this newsletter because I realized something simple:

Most people don't need another salesperson.

They need someone who reminds them to check.

Sometimes the best decision is staying exactly where you are.

Sometimes it's switching suppliers.

Either way, I want you to make that decision with confidence—not because your contract quietly renewed or you didn't know your options.

If this newsletter helps you avoid overpaying even once, then it's doing exactly what I hoped it would.

Thanks for reading.

Never Renew. Always Review.
