Lowering your electric rate will only take 2 minutes once you have your information ready. Follow the step by step directions below for both Eversource & UI customers.
Here are the steps for CT customers to move from Eversource or UI.
The most difficult part of lowering your electric bill, is finding it! In order to help, you will see a sample bill on the right. You will want to locate the following information, which can be found on page 2 of your bill.
1. Account Number - This is listed on the upper left section of your bill.
2. Customer name key - You will find this directly below your account number (Eversource) and little further down (UI). In both cases, the name key is comprised of 4 letters.
